Information We Collect
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Joseph Fair Chiropractic, we collect the following information through our opt-in form: phone number (required for messaging); first and last name (used for personalized messaging); email address (optional, for account communications); date of birth and health information you share for care; your SMS consent choice for appointment and care texts; and any additional information you voluntarily provide on the opt-in form.
This information is collected solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, to provide chiropractic care, and to maintain a record of your consent. You can receive care without giving us a mobile number and without agreeing to texts.
How we use it
We use this information to provide chiropractic care, schedule visits, send appointment reminders, schedule changes, clinic service updates, and care messages if you have opted in to appointment and care texts, answer questions, and meet legal duties that apply to a health care office.
If you fill out a form in one of our ads, like on Facebook or Instagram, we use what you send only to call you back and set up your visit.
We do not sell your information.
SMS / Text Messaging
Joseph Fair Chiropractic Appointment and Care Texts: appointment reminders, confirmations, schedule changes, clinic service updates, and care follow-ups. We only send appointment reminders, scheduling, and care follow-up texts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Msg frequency varies (1-6/mo). Message and data rates may apply. The checkbox for these texts is optional and is never pre-checked.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We will send one confirmation text, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (209) 521-1122 or email Info@josephfairchiropractic.com.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. You can book and be treated if you decline texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Support subcontractors include GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging) and Twilio (SMS delivery). They send our appointment and care texts on our behalf and receive only what they need to do that. They may not use mobile numbers for their own marketing.

Data Security
We protect user information through encryption in transit (TLS / HTTPS for all data transmission between user devices, our website, and our service providers); access controls limiting data to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis; and secure third-party processors including GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging platform) and Twilio (SMS delivery).
No internet transmission is perfectly secure.
