Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Joseph Fair Chiropractic, we collect the following information through our opt-in form: phone number (required for messaging); first and last name (used for personalized messaging); email address (optional, for account communications); date of birth and health information you share for care; SMS consent choices; and any additional information you voluntarily provide on the opt-in form.

This information is collected solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, to provide chiropractic care, and to maintain a record of your consent. You can receive care without giving us a mobile number and without agreeing to texts.

How we use it

We use this information to provide chiropractic care, schedule visits, send appointment reminders, schedule changes, and clinic service updates when you have opted in, answer questions, and meet legal duties that apply to a health care office.

We do not sell your information.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in, Joseph Fair Chiropractic may text you about appointment reminders, schedule changes, and clinic service updates. These are appointment and clinic texts, not marketing. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per month per opted-in contact. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or call (209) 521-1122 or email Info@josephfairchiropractic.com.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. You can book and be treated if you decline texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Support subcontractors include GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging) and Twilio (SMS delivery). They may receive what is needed to send appointment and clinic texts. They may not use mobile numbers for their own marketing.

Data Security

We protect user information through encryption in transit (TLS / HTTPS for all data transmission between user devices, our website, and our service providers); access controls limiting data to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis; and secure third-party processors including GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging platform) and Twilio (SMS delivery).

No internet transmission is perfectly secure.
